Brickell-Based Role. Ideal for Nearby CandidatesDover Jewelry (Brickell Miami) is currently seeking a customer-friendly - E-Commerce Office Assistant to work with our very busy online team in the maintenance of our Fine Jewelry Sales Platforms and to assist with a variety of tasks around the office.

This candidate must have excellent writing skills in English, be extremely responsible, responsive, deadline, and project-oriented. Jewelry Experience is not a requirement, but online sales experience is helpful.

HOURS: Monday to Friday (10:30a - 5:30p)
Job Requirements :

*Self-motivated, organized, ability to multitask and work within time constraints
*Administrative / Data Entry Skills
* Computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
*Accurate Input of product specifications and Info
*Accuracy and attention to detail with item descriptions and managing online product entries.
*Professional Communication skills in English (written and verbal) a Must
*Experience with e-commerce marketplaces and e-commerce payment gateways preferred.
