Job description

The coordinator will work collaboratively with the eCommerce Manager in the planning and execution of new and existing consumer products offered through our eCommerce platforms and to support the day-to-day handling of eCommerce sales and eCommerce business functions.
Essential Functions
  • Oversee the daily maintenance of all consumer product through several eCommerce platforms.
  • Develop and expand the presence, exposure, and growth of online business.
  • Manage administrative eCommerce functions to support and fully execute sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with manager to create, develop, and implement new business initiatives related to the sales and marketing of consumer products.
  • Communicate with internal teams and partners to execute sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and implement eCommerce sales reports.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • One to two years' experience in a comparable position.
  • Shopify or eCommerce marketing experience is preferred.
  • Social media marketing experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail (critical for writing/editing and grammar with content posting to live site).
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be a team player.
  • Superior time management, organizational and negotiating abilities.
  • Ability to be creative and problem-solve.
