About Ecostyle
Estyle Corp. LLC is a prominent personal care manufacturer based in Jacksonville, Florida. Founded in 1983, the company specializes in producing multicultural and natural hair care products, including their nationally recognized Eco Style line of hair styling gels.
The Position
The Director of E-Commerce will lead the growth and success of Ecostyle's e-commerce marketing efforts across its DTC website, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and other third-party marketplaces. In this role, you will provide leadership, set strategic direction, and oversee the e-commerce and consumer marketing team.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a best-in-class consumer experience - spanning customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and satisfaction across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate blends creative instincts with analytical rigor: a gut for great creative and a mind for strategy, execution, and measurement.
This position reports to the [Title] and is based in Jacksonville, Florida.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth
• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy across the Ecostyle DTC website, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart.com, and other retail marketplaces
• Build a scalable marketing budget and growth plan that expands channel mix, improves key customer KPIs, and drives overall profitability
• Identify, test, and scale new marketing channels while continuously optimizing the existing channel portfolio
Acquisition & Retention
• Execute a multi-channel acquisition strategy spanning SEM, paid social, SEO, affiliate marketing, direct mail, and external partnerships
• Build and manage a best-in-class email and mobile marketing program, including transactional and triggered flows, with a focus on segmentation, cadence, offer optimization, and design
• Balance customer LTV and profitability through continuous improvement of the on-site experience and a relentless focus on customer satisfaction
Channel Management
• Partner with the Amazon agency to drive channel growth, optimizing product listings, pricing, promotions, and paid media
• Collaborate with the TikTok Shop partner to evaluate and efficiently scale TTS as a new customer acquisition channel
• Work closely with the product and merchandising team to optimize the online product experience
Analytics & Reporting
• Own reporting and analytics across all channels, tracking performance against key KPIs including LTV, CAC, contribution margin, channel CPAs, retention cohorts, churn, and return rates
• Report on channel and campaign performance on a real-time, daily, weekly, and monthly basis; surface insights and drive action
• Design and run experiments to continuously improve creative, copy, audience targeting, and spend efficiency
• Synthesize and share results, insights, and best practices across the organization

• 5-7 years of senior marketing experience in a direct-to-consumer organization with a strong e-commerce and digital presence• Demonstrated success in analytics-driven decision-making, with measurable outcomes in customer growth, website conversion, and revenue• Amazon marketing experience required• Deep understanding of e-commerce segmentation, customer lifecycle marketing, and performance media• Strong analytical skills; able to work effectively with data, decision scientists, and analysts to drive clear conclusions• Creative and innovative thinker who is also highly organized and detail-oriented• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong listener and collaborator• Proven ability to navigate complex business challenges and drive alignment across all levels of an organization, including the C-suite• Bachelor's degree required
