Description

SAIC is seeking a skilled and deployable Command and Control (C2) Analyst to provide continuous on-site systems analysis and technical support for the II Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) and surrounding commands. These positions are located at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, with requirements for worldwide deployment.

The candidate will deploy afloat and ashore with the 22nd, 24th, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU)’s and the 2nd Marine Expeditionary Brigade (MEB) respectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Able to travel and deploy with United States Marine Corps (USMC) forces in support of contingencies, actual declared hostilities, exercises and as the customer deems necessary
  • Ship riding in support of Marine Corps units is also a possibility for short duration
  • Provide support for current and future Marine Corps C2 systems to include Global Command and Control System (GCCS), Tactical Common Operational Picture (COP) Server (TCS), Tactical COP TCW (TCW), Joint Tactical COP Workstation (JTCW)/Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC), Tactical Data Oriented Layer (TDOL), Tactical Assault Kit (TAK) software suite, and Agile Server/Client
  • Personnel will provide expert guidance, analysis, and support to ensure the successful implementation and sustainment of C2 systems. The team will be responsible for system administration, technical guidance, software installation, configuration management, and troubleshooting for a wide array of C2 applications

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of experience. Four (4) years of additional experience accepted in lieu of degree
  • Experience must include any combination of the following: 
    • Tactical COP Server (TCS)
    • Joint Tactical COP Workstation (JTCW)
    • Tactical Assault Kit (TAK) software suite 
    • Global Command and Control System (GCCS)
    • Tactical Data Oriented Layer (TDOL)
    • Agile Server/Client, SharePoint, and other deployable collaborative services
  • Experience with Windows 11, Red Hat Linux System Administration, VMware, Virtual Machines (VM), Storage Area Networks (SAN)

Required Security Clearance:

  • An active Secret security clearance is required prior to starting. Must be able to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance

Required Certification:

  • Must obtain and maintain IAT Level II certification (e.g. CCNA Security, CySA+, Security+, GSEC, etc.) within 6 months of hire

Nice-to-have Qualifications:

  • Experience with Aviation Command and Control System (AC2S), J-REAP C / Link-16 protocols, Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Joint Automated Deep Operation Coordination System (JADOCS), Joint Battle Command Platform (JBC-P), or Friendly Force Tracking (FFT)
