IT Engineer IV - Citrix Administrator
• Extensive experience as Citrix systems administrator providing 24/7 operational support for Citrix NetScaler, XenDesktop & XenApp production environments
• Extensive experience working interactively with business customers and resolving day to day Citrix VPN, XenApp & XenDesktop related issues
• Extensive experience as systems administrator supporting and maintaining Citrix VPN enterprise environments, including Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop 7.6 and later, preferably 7.13
• Extensive experience upgrading and patching the Citrix and Windows environments to meet security, audit and business requirements
• Experienced in the support and maintenance of Citrix NetScaler 11.0 and later.
• Hands on experience supporting and maintaining PVS/MCS environment.
• Hands on experience supporting and maintaining Citrix monitoring tools like NMAS, Director, Command Center and Insight.
• Extensive experience writing PowerShell and VBScripts for automation tasks and custom solutions
• Complete command over troubleshooting issues related to Citrix VPN, XenDesktop & XenApp
• Hands on experience supporting and maintaining Windows 10 operating system in a VDI environment
• Hands on experience maintaining Windows 2016 & 2012 R2.
• In-depth knowledge of configuring and implementing AD group policies.
