Job description

PROLIM (www.prolim.com) is currently seeking 266-1 -EMERGENCY COMM TECH 1 for one of our top Client for Location- newport news, VA

Job Description:

This position will support the O15 Security Command Center (911 Call Center and Alarm Monitoring Station for HII). (3rd Shift: 10:00am - 6:00am); rolling schedule with 2 days off per week. Essential positions which require weekend and holiday coverage.

Under direct supervision performs assigned tasks from detailed instructions, established policies and procedures. Protects the organization's physical assets by maintaining and safeguarding the physical perimeter, exterior, and interior perimeters of the facility.

Special Requirements:

High sense of urgency is required for proper disposition of emergency services

Prior emergency services experience is preferred (Military, Law Enforcement, Emergency Dispatch)

Expert ability to multitask and being an acute listener is a must

Timely work ethic, multitasking, and typing/computer skills

Basic Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent and 0 years experience

In this position a Secret Security Clearance is required to be obtained
