If you're a mixologist with personality and performance skills, this is your moment. As a Bartender at MaryJane's, you're the architect of the moment - crafting bold drinks and setting the tone for a lively guest experience.
Your Mission
Behind the bar, you'll mix precision with showmanship. You'll own the bar space, deliver signature cocktails, and create memorable moments one pour at a time.
What You'll Do
✅ Mix classic and signature cocktails with accuracy and flair
✅ Keep the bar stocked, clean, and guest-ready at all times
✅ Connect with guests while managing high-volume service
✅ Ensure proper ID checks and responsible alcohol service
✅ Collaborate with servers and barbacks to keep service flowing
You're a Great Fit If You...
Have 2+ years bartending in a fast-paced, premium venue
