As a worldwide leader, CBR operates at a rapid pace and is always looking for experienced and passionate contributors who can create original high-quality content in a timely manner.
We're looking for someone who can grow our socials. The objective is to strengthen the brand, strengthen the engagement and transform our socials from a link posting farm to an innovative, engaging, leading social voice that drives sponsorship revenue.
Your Responsibiltiies
  • Co-Develop and operationalize a multi platform social media strategy (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Threads and Discord in order of priority)
  • Voice Development: Co-define and execute a unique, authoritative brand voice that moves away from automated headlines to human-led, platform-native commentary.
  • Trend-Jacking & Agility: Identify and capitalize on real-time fandom trends (gaming news, anime drops, movie leaks) to position the brand as an "authoritative first-mover" in the conversation.
  • Own and optimize CBR's social affiliate strategy, driving commerce performance across designated platforms
  • Monitor CBR's social channels and audience sentiment in real-time during working hours, engaging opportunistically with a fandom-native voice that reflects CBR's editorial perspective
  • Deliver regular performance reporting and strategic insights to CBR's editorial leadership, and partner with editorial teams to execute cross-platform campaigns and coordinated content rollouts
  • Audit CBR's social output to ensure consistency with CBR's editorial standards, brand voice, and integrity guidelines
  • Drive sustained audience growth, engagement, and referral performance across CBR's social platforms
  • Surface original content ideas, format experiments, and strategic recommendations to CBR's leadership
  • Execute additional responsibilities as required to support CBR's social and editorial objectives
