Job description

We are looking for a dependable highly organized and reliable individual to assist in our telecom service department. Must have Telecom scheduling experience and telecommunications experience. Tip and Ring Service Experience. Wide range of office duties include telephone service installation and support ticket scheduling and follow-up, order entry, customer service, and some payment processing and general office work. If you have worked in the AT&T, Comcast or any other Telephone Service Installation department - you might be our perfect fit.

Monday Through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with a 1/2 Hour for Lunch.

Small office environment in Hillside IL. This is a NOT work from home position.
