Solar Energy World—now a wholly owned Comcast company—is expanding rapidly and looking for hardworking, results-oriented Inside Sales Representatives to support our growing DMV market. This role is designed for individuals who want to prove themselves, master the fundamentals of sales, and earn a clear pathway into Outside Sales.
Comcast has a long and successful history of acquiring, investing in, and scaling high-potential companies. As part of Comcast’s Energy Services business unit, Solar Energy World is fully backed to grow aggressively while maintaining our commitment to integrity, in-house quality, and long-term value for homeowners—because tomorrow matters.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines of our sales organization, often serving as the first point of contact for potential customers. You will work warm inbound and outbound leads provided by management to qualify prospects, overcome objections, and set high-quality appointments for our Outside Sales team.
This is a performance-driven role with a base salary plus commission, monthly bonuses, and strong upward mobility for top performers.

Position Description: Call warm leads to qualify and confirm appointments. Leads will be provided by management. (includes new leads provided and follow up calls to leads already in their pipeline). Commissions are based on leads ran and sold. Monthly bonuses provided for meeting or exceeding goals.

QUALIFICATIONS: This is one of the most important positions at our company as our Appointment Setters are often the first person a customer talks to and is an essential part of our sales team.
