Job Summary

The Sr. Specialist, HR Communications plays a key role in executing communications that support Comcast’s HR priorities. This role works closely with communications leads and HR partners to develop and deliver content across channels, bringing communications plans to life. As part of a fast-paced team, this individual supports multiple projects and stakeholders, with a focus on talent, learning, and benefits. The role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work across formats including email, intranet, presentations, and leadership materials. This is an individual contributor role, reporting into the Sr. Director, HR Communications.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and delivers content across internal channels, including emails, intranet articles, presentations, scripts, and briefing materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with established messaging and brand standards.
  • Supports HR leader engagements (e.g., team meetings, town halls, development sessions) by developing content, organizing materials, and ensuring effective execution.
  • Uses content management systems and applies digital channel best practices to publish and maintain content across platforms.
  • Follows established templates, style guides, and editorial standards while working with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and consistent messaging.
  • Creates design elements, including digital signage and key imagery for campaigns, using existing brand guidelines.
  • Tracks communications performance metrics and incorporates feedback to improve content quality and effectiveness.
  • Uses approved AI tools and processes to support content development and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborates across the internal communications team to ensure alignment and consistency with non-HR channels.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
