This role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies, analyzing organizational spend, optimizing supplier partnerships, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Strategy & Development
    Develop sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals, budgets, and operational needs
    Conduct spend analysis across organizational, divisional, commodity, and supplier levels
    Perform market research to identify emerging technologies and supplier trends
    Utilize spend analytics to uncover sourcing opportunities
    Craft negotiation strategies and secure favorable contract terms
Sourcing Management
    Lead RFx processes and sourcing events
    Negotiate contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders
    Draft and manage contract terms that mitigate risk and meet service expectations
    Evaluate supplier capabilities, financial health, and market standing
    Determine optimal supplier selection methods for new opportunities
    Coordinate integrative activities across suppliers and internal teams
Customer Relationship Management
    Build strong relationships with end-users through consistent engagement
    Serve as an internal consultant and problem solver to support departmental needs
Supplier Relationship Management
    Understand supplier product lines and future technology developments
