We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at 1125 Columbia Center Drive in Columbia, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the management team in achieving store goals.
  • Oversee and manage daily store operations during assigned shifts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns
  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
  • Manage cash handling and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and security
  • Coordinate inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist in implementing company policies and procedures
  • Handle phone inquiries and take customer orders efficiently
  • Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational objectives
