As a caregiver with One You Love Homecare DTC, youll provide essential support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Our caregivers provide companionship, personal care assistance, and daily living support while building meaningful relationships with the people they serve.
Our caregivers are the heart of our organization. As we continue growing in the Denver Tech Center area, we are building a reliable, dedicated team to match with current and future client needs. We value empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in peoples lives
Schedule & Work Hours
  • Flexible scheduling based on client needs
  • Shifts available days, evenings, weekends, and overnights
  • Hours may begin part-time and increase as additional clients are assigned
  • Clients are located within a 1015-mile radius of the Denver Tech Center
What Youll Do
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, helping clients feel connected and valued
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care and mobility
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed
  • Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
  • Observe and report changes in a clients condition to the care team
  • Follow infection control and safety procedures
  • Transport clients to appointments, errands, and activities when needed
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Provide friendly medication reminders (non-medical support only)
  • Document care and clock in/out accurately to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
  • Experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance (if transporting clients)
  • Ability to pass background checks (criminal and driving record)
  • Willingness to complete Colorado-required orientation, training, and competency evaluation before providing services independently
  • Commitment to ongoing annual training
  • CPR / First Aid certification is a plus
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers
  • Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
