Ink Technician

Get the color right. Keep production running.

We’re looking for an Ink Technician to mix and manage inks for flexographic presses. This role combines color accuracy, technical skill, and production support.

What You’ll Do

  • Mix inks to exact specifications for production
  • Create and adjust color formulations
  • Support press setups and troubleshoot color issues
  • Use tools (spectrophotometer) to verify color accuracy
  • Track, label, and manage ink inventory
  • Handle ink waste safely and properly
  • Maintain equipment and work areas
