Now Hiring: Sorter – Wood Dale, IL
Kelly Services is seeking a Sorter for a leading client in Wood Dale!
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm
Pay: $18.50/hour
Job Overview:
The Sorter Associate will operate computerized vision inspection machines to sort products for shipment. This machine-oriented role requires sound math skills for machine setup and operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, start, and stop production equipment
Assist production lines in a factory setting
Clean production area as needed
Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies
Sort items on conveyor belts and remove defective products
Feed/place items onto equipment for processing
Lubricate equipment and maintain conformance to specifications
Pull damaged/ineffective equipment or materials from line
Mark parts for identification and measure extruded articles
Remove/replace machine attachments and scrape waste material from machines
Ship finished products
