What You’ll Do

  • Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, priming, and staging.
  • Mix and apply paint using manufacturer specifications and company standards.
  • Deliver high-quality, consistent finishes across a variety of makes and models.
  • Perform color matching and blending with precision.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure OEM and quality expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with body technicians and leadership to meet production goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe paint booth and work area.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a professional collision painter.
  • Strong knowledge of paint systems, color matching, and refinishing techniques.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience working in a production-focused collision environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable attendance.
  • I-CAR or OEM certifications are a plus.
