In this role, you will focus on the final aesthetic and functional details of ceramic and porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) restorations. Your work ensures every patient receives a natural, high-quality, and precise fit.Key Responsibilities
  • Layering & Finishing: Perform ceramic layering, staining, glazing, and finishing on assigned dental cases.
  • Quality Control: Inspect restorations for shade accuracy, anatomy, surface texture, contour, and occlusal specs before delivery.
  • Shade Matching: Follow precise protocols for shade matching and characterization.
  • Productivity: Meet daily turnaround times while minimizing remakes and maintaining top aesthetic standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Keep your workstation and firing equipment clean, organized, and fully stocked.
