We are seeking a client-focused Data Analytics, AI & Microsoft Fabric Pre-Sales Architect to join our Artificial Intelligence Solutions practice. This role blends deep expertise in modern data platforms with the ability to shape and sell AI-driven transformation initiatives. You will lead with data and analytics (Microsoft Fabric) and expand conversations into AI strategy, Launchpad workshops, and AI Factory delivery, helping clients move from ideas to scalable execution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams to shape and advance data and AI opportunities

  • Lead discovery sessions to identify business challenges, data needs, and AI use cases

  • Design and present end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Fabric

  • Translate technical concepts into clear business value and ROI narratives

  • Support proposals, RFPs, and solution scoping

  • Design modern data platforms using:

    • Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Power BI, Data Factory)

    • Scalable, secure, and governed architectures

  • Guide clients through data modernization and migration strategies

  • Define best practices across data modeling, pipelines, and analytics

  • Identify and shape AI use cases tied to business outcomes

  • Position and help sell:

    • AI Launchpad workshops

    • AI Factory delivery model

  • Connect data platform capabilities to AI enablement

  • Lead client discussions, whiteboarding sessions, and solution presentations

  • Build relationships with business and technology stakeholders

  • Communicate the "Art of the Possible" across data and AI

  • Facilitate or support AI Launchpad workshops

  • Contribute to AI strategy and roadmap development

  • Help evolve AI Factory offerings and go-to-market assets

  • Support early-stage delivery and mentor team members

  • Contribute to thought leadership (events, webinars, content)

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or data platform solutions

  • Experience in a client-facing, pre-sales, or consulting role

  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:

    • Microsoft Fabric, OR

    • Azure Synapse / Azure Data Factory / Power BI / Databricks

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Data warehousing and dimensional modeling

    • ETL/ELT and modern data architectures (lakehouse concepts)

  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value

  • Experience leading client discussions, demos, or solution presentations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with Microsoft Fabric end-to-end workloads

  • Experience selling or delivering AI-related solutions or initiatives

  • Familiarity with:

    • Generative AI (Copilots, LLMs, embeddings)

    • Predictive analytics or machine learning

  • Experience with AI workshops, ideation sessions, or roadmap development

  • Microsoft certifications (Fabric, Azure Data, AI Engineer)

  • Industry experience (e.g., Manufacturing, Healthcare, Financial Services)

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $133,300 - $181,700. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $146,700 - $199,800. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $153,300 - $208,900. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
