Job description

Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Fort Worth team!



Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design/implementation of complex engineering projects
  • Ensure excellence in documentation, design integrity, and adherence to QA/QC standards
  • Solve/navigate project challenges with advanced engineering concepts/innovative strategies
  • Mentor/train junior staff, guide them through complex projects, and assist with professional development
  • Ensure continuous improvements by developing/refining engineering practices and standards



Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • 6+ years of engineering experience
  • PE License


Salary is commensurate with experience.
