Job description

Graphic Designer – GoldLeaf Print & Packaging

GoldLeaf Print & Packaging is looking for a Graphic Designer with a passion for creativity, color, and craftsmanship. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative designer who wants to grow their skills in packaging and print design while working alongside an experienced, award-winning team.

At GoldLeaf, you’ll help create eye-catching packaging, labels, and marketing materials that elevate brands across industries — from craft beverages to luxury goods. You’ll collaborate with our design, production, and sales teams to turn ideas into finished products that look as good in person as they do on screen.

Responsibilities

  • Design engaging, on-brand visuals for packaging, labels, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with other designers and team members on creative concepts and client projects.
  • Prepare print-ready files with accuracy for finishes like foil, varnish, and embossing.
  • Review and submit proofs for client approval.
  • Stay organized with digital files and project assets.
  • Keep up with design and packaging trends to help inspire fresh ideas.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience (internship or packaging experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (daily use required); Photoshop and InDesign experience a bonus.
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, and color.
  • Understanding of prepress or an interest in learning print production best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute creative ideas in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Supplemental insurance
  • Retirement savings plan
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Opportunities for advancement and professional development
