Responsibilities
Syntelligent is seeking a Defense Industries All-Source Analyst to support a Government Customer
Location: DIA HQ / 20 MacDill Ave, Washington, DC 20032
Shift: Day
Anticipated Salary Range: $92500 - $105000
Status: Full-Time
Opening Type: Immediate
Number of Openings: 2
Duties will include:
  • Our defense industries division analyzes weapon and equipment production.
  • One position is primarily network development focused and the other is MIDB heavy but both positions will require analysts to provide DIA production, including RFI Responses, Tabloids, and DI Products.
  • Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
  • Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements. 3+ years of experience with all-source intelligence analysis

Qualifications
Required:
  • 3+ years of experience with all-source intelligence analysis
  • Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command Environments
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
  • TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of experience in intelligence in lieu of a degree
  • Have familiarization with the following tools: Volton, DX, Analyst Notebook, iSpy, Fade/Mist, etc.

Desired:
  • Experience with network development tools and methods
  • Knowledge of critical infrastructure (electric power plants, natural gas facilities, defense industrial base, etc)
  • Knowledge of ICD203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
  • Knowledge of the EUCOM AOR
  • An active CI polygraph

Clearance: TS/SCI w/ CI Poly
Certification Requirement: IFPC within 90 Days of Hire
Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
Mental Requirements: Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.
