Colonial Heritage Club is seeking an energetic, service-focused, and experienced Dining Room Manager to lead our front-of-house restaurant operations. This leadership role is responsible for delivering an outstanding member and guest experience while driving operational excellence, team development, financial performance, and service consistency.

What You'll Be Doing:
As the Dining Room Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the dining room while ensuring exceptional service standards, strong financial performance, and a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage all front-of-house dining operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
    • Drive restaurant sales, profitability, and revenue growth.
    • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase member engagement and attract new business opportunities.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, budgets, and revenue management strategies.
    • Partner with the Executive Chef to develop menus, pricing strategies, specials, and promotional offerings.
    • Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage service, cleanliness, and presentation.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to member and guest feedback.
    • Hire, train, coach, mentor, and develop service team members.
    • Create and manage employee schedules and daily workflows.
    • Maintain proper inventory levels and oversee ordering of supplies and equipment.
    • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations.
    • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on service excellence.
    • Prepare operational and financial reports as required.
    • Assist team members as needed to ensure seamless service during peak periods.
