This is an exciting opportunity to support operational excellence behind some of the region's premier live entertainment, athletic, and special event experiences.

From sold-out concerts and championship athletics to campus and community events, this position will assist in delivering memorable experiences for every guest who enters our venues. Key Responsibilities In conjunction with the Event Managers, you will manage all aspects related to front and back of the house staffing for events, interact with contracted staffing providers and local first responder organizations to arrange for relevant event-related support Oversee general adherence to best practices for event and nonevent security for the arena and its clients Responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling, retention and supervision of event staff Oversee building security Interact with local public safety officials to ensure that events run safely and smoothly. Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions) Preferred Qualifications Experience in the sport and entertainment field.
