Chapman Collision Center Tucson is seeking a dedicated Collision Center Manager to lead and oversee our collision repair operations in Tucson, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring operational efficiency and quality workmanship.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage daily operations of the collision repair center to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff including technicians, estimators, and customer service personnel.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and customer satisfaction throughout all phases of repair.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and customers to facilitate claims and repair processes.
  • Oversee inventory management including ordering and maintaining parts and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, expenses, and performance reports.
  • Implement company policies and goals to drive profitability and growth of the collision center.
