Job description

ProColor Collision Phoenix is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Collision Repair Body Technician / Auto Body Technician to join our team.
At ProColor Collision Phoenix, we mend the unforeseen. That means we do more than repair vehicles โ€” we help people move forward after an accident. Every repair matters because there is a person, a family, or a business waiting on the other side of that vehicle.
We are looking for a skilled body technician who takes pride in quality repairs, communicates well with the team, and wants to be part of a busy, growing shop with room for long-term opportunity.
About Us
ProColor Collision Phoenix combines the strength and resources of a growing national collision repair brand with the care, accountability, and pride of a locally operated shop.
We are focused on quality repairs, strong customer communication, consistent processes, and building a team that wants to grow together. Our goal is to become one of the premier collision repair providers in Arizona while creating a workplace where good people can do great work.
Our Core Values
We hold ourselves accountable to five core values:
We genuinely care
We care about our customers, their vehicles, and each other. Every repair has a person behind it, and we do not lose sight of that.
We do the right thing
We take pride in honest work, clear communication, and doing what is right even when it is not the easiest path.
We have a can-do attitude
We approach challenges with confidence, urgency, and a willingness to help solve problems.
We like discovering
We take the time to find the real issue, understand the repair, and continue learning every day.
We own the outcome
We take responsibility for our work, our communication, our deadlines, and the results we create as a team.
