Parts Specialist - CSN Collision
CSN Collision is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Specialist to enhance our parts department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ordering, receiving, and managing automotive parts inventory to support our collision repair operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Order automotive parts accurately and timely in compliance with repair orders and insurance guidelines.
  • Receive and inspect parts upon delivery to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain organized inventory and parts storage to support smooth shop operations.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding parts availability, backorders, and returns.
  • Assist in managing parts returns and ensure timely credit processing.
  • Coordinate with technicians and estimators regarding parts needs and discrepancies.
  • Maintain detailed records of parts transactions and inventory adjustments.
  • Utilize shop management software to track parts orders and inventory levels.
  • Ensure parts area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in automotive parts or collision repair environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory or shop management software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
  • Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed.
