Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine scope of repairs using estimating software and collision repair knowledge
  • Prepare detailed, accurate repair estimates that include parts, labor, and materials, ensuring transparency for customers and insurance companies
  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding repair procedures, costs, and timelines to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with body shop staff to coordinate repairs and ensure quality standards are met

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all estimates, client interactions, and repair progress in computer-aided estimating systems
