Kaizen Collision Center is looking for an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join our Las Vegas West team.

This is not an entry-level estimating position. We're looking for someone who understands the collision repair process from initial damage assessment through final delivery — and knows how to balance accurate repair planning, insurance requirements, cycle time, customer communication, and quality.

If you can write a complete repair plan, manage supplements, communicate confidently with insurance partners, and keep repairs moving, we want to talk with you.

Why Las Vegas West?

Las Vegas is one of the fastest-moving markets in the Southwest, with heavy commuter traffic, year-round tourism, and busy roadways creating consistent demand for collision repair.

Our Las Vegas West location is positioned to serve customers throughout:

  • West Las Vegas
  • Summerlin
  • Spring Valley
  • Enterprise
  • Paradise
  • Centennial Hills
  • North Las Vegas
  • Surrounding Las Vegas Valley communities

With busy routes including I-15, US-95/I-11, the 215 Beltway, Charleston Boulevard, Sahara Avenue, and Flamingo Road, our team sees a steady mix of insurance claims, commuter collisions, customer-pay repairs, and everything in between.

That means consistent repair volume and plenty of opportunity for an experienced estimator to succeed.

  • Perform detailed vehicle inspections and damage analysis
  • Identify hidden damage during teardown and blueprinting
  • Prepare and manage supplements
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies and adjusters
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
  • Coordinate closely with technicians, parts, and production teams
  • Monitor repair progress and proactively address delays
  • Maintain complete and accurate repair documentation
  • Help drive cycle time while protecting repair quality
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in through delivery
What We're Looking For
  • Previous collision repair estimating experience required
  • Strong understanding of damage analysis and repair planning
  • Experience managing supplements and insurance claims
  • Knowledge of modern collision repair procedures and estimating systems
  • Strong communication skills with customers, insurance partners, and production teams
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple active repairs in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience handling Progressive claims is a strong plus
  • I-CAR, ASE, or other industry certifications are a plus
What You'll Find at Kaizen
  • Consistent year-round repair volume
  • Strong DRP and insurance relationships
  • Established repair planning and production processes
  • Modern equipment and OEM-focused repair procedures
  • Experienced technicians and production support
  • Team-oriented work environment
  • Leadership focused on removing roadblocks and helping you succeed
  • Career growth opportunities within a rapidly growing organization

  • $0 deductible
  • $0 in-network copays
  • $0 in-network prescriptions
  • Preloaded card for approved out-of-network care
