We are seeking an experienced and organized Collision Center Office Manager to join our team in Tucson, AZ. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily administrative operations of our collision center, ensuring smooth workflows and excellent customer service. You will work closely with our technicians, service advisors, and management team to coordinate appointments, manage records, and maintain communication with customers and insurance companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, customer communications, and record keeping
  • Coordinate repair orders, insurance claims, and invoicing processes efficiently
  • Supervise office staff and provide support and training as needed
  • Maintain an organized filing system for vehicle repairs and customer information
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, insurance agents, and technicians to ensure a seamless repair process
  • Track parts orders and inventory to support timely service completions
  • Assist in billing and collection efforts
  • Implement and improve office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
