Job description

Key Responsibilities
Build & Scale the Program
  • Launch and expand a national college sales initiative
  • Develop campus leadership structures and scalable operating models
  • Establish recruiting pipelines across major universities
  • Partner with marketing to target students in key markets

Recruit & Develop Campus Leaders
  • Recruit high-potential student leaders across campuses
  • Train leaders to build and manage their own sales teams
  • Foster a competitive, growth-oriented culture

Drive Sales Performance
  • Lead a distributed sales force of up to 1,000 student sellers
  • Conduct weekly national meetings to maintain engagement and momentum
  • Implement contests, leaderboards, and incentive programs
  • Monitor performance and ensure accountability across teams

Training & Development
  • Deliver sales and product training in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure participants are equipped to deliver engaging product demonstrations
  • Develop scalable training tools and resources

Success Metrics
  • Fully established campus leadership structure across key markets
  • 1,000 active student sellers engaged in the program
  • Achievement of 2,000+ seasonal sales
  • Development of a repeatable and scalable program model
  • Creation of a strong leadership pipeline for future growth

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven ability to recruit and develop talent
  • Experience managing large, distributed sales teams
  • Strong leadership presence with high energy and motivation skills
  • Comfortable leading large group sessions and building team culture
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build programs from scratch
  • Experience in direct sales, campus recruiting, or high-growth environments is a plus
