Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (College Health) - Upstate NY
Health System is looking for a full-time, experienced family nurse practitioner for a local college health center. When the academic season is not is session hours will be available in other areas of the organization. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years experience as a family nurse practitioner, able to practice autonomously, have a strong foundation and understanding of immunizations and vaccinations as it relates to college health and possess critical thinking skills. A willingness and enjoyment to work with, and be objective regarding young adults and their multiple clinical, social, and psychological components is a must. Prefer experience in college health. Medent experience a plus. BLS required. M-F. No holidays or weekends.
