As a Subrogation Agent, you will be responsible for contacting insurance companies and renters to resolve outstanding damage claims. Unlike traditional collections, where you face endless unanswered calls, here, you'll find that every call counts. We are looking for proven high-performers from traditional collections to join us in the exciting fast-paced role of rental subrogation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls with insurance companies and renters to collect outstanding damage claims
  • Negotiate payments and settlements in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant subrogation, collections, claims, and/or car rental experience
