Job description

The Accounts Collection Specialist is responsible for collecting on delinquent accounts from consumers. This position is ideal for an individual looking to join a rapidly growing organization with great opportunity for growth and advancement.
Essential Functions (not all-inclusive):
  • Initiate customer contact to determine reason for delinquency and to look for resolution
  • Communicate policy and rental contract procedures
  • Utilize skip tracing tools
