We are seeking a Collections Specialist in Middlesex County, NJ. In this role you will be responsible for handling the collections process, monitoring aging reports, following up on outstanding invoices, and more. If you are looking for a new opportunity, this might be the role for you!


Responsibilities:

• Review delinquent accounts and determine appropriate collection actions.

• Contact customers regarding past-due accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.

• Process customer payments and update account information accurately.

• Monitor and manage aging reports to prioritize past-due accounts.

• Document all collection activities accurately in the company's account management system.

• 1+ years of experience in a collections or billing role.

• Proven ability to manage collections and handle sensitive financial matters.

• Working knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.

• Ability to stay organized, maintain accurate records, and protect confidential information.
