Job description

Litigation Paralegal

Jason A. Dunn, PLC is a Virginia Beach based law firm that represents local governments throughout the Commonwealth. The primary focus of our practice is the collections of delinquent real estate and other taxes owed to localities. We are looking for two (2) qualified paralegals with an Undergradauate degree and/or prior litigation experience. This position will require the sucessful candiate to work forty (40) hours per week at the office. This position requires drafting legal pleadings, litigation support, answering taxpayer questions, collections, and adminstrative tasks. The sucessful candidate will possess great interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use case management softward and other technology. Our firm is paperless so computer proficiency and IT knowledge is required.
