Position Overview

A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Georgia office. This is a fully remote position with occasional court appearances and onsite meetings in Georgia. The ideal candidate has experience in creditors’ rights law, bankruptcy, or civil litigation and possesses strong research, writing, and analytical skills.


Must-Have Qualifications
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional court appearances and onsite meetings in Georgia

  • Active license to practice law in Georgia

  • 0–3 years of experience in bankruptcy, collections, or civil litigation
