Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Collections & Accounting Associate to join a growing operations-driven organization supporting the industrial manufacturing sector. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing collections, customer service, and accounting support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Make 40โ€“60 outbound calls daily regarding outstanding invoices and payment status
โ€ข Assist customers with payments, invoice copies, ACH/wire information, and account resolution
โ€ข Document collections activity and maintain accurate customer records
โ€ข Resolve customer concerns related to service, shipping, warranty, and billing issues
โ€ข Support credit requests, RMAs, and customer account servicing
โ€ข Cross-train within accounting functions including invoicing, AP processing, and payment processing
Qualifications:
โ€ข Previous collections, AR, customer service, or accounting support experience
โ€ข Strong communication and relationship-building skills
โ€ข Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
โ€ข Ability to handle customer objections professionally and confidently
โ€ข Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
