We are seeking a detail-oriented person who will join our team. The P/T Collections Assistant to work approximately 20-25 hrs per week. 


  • Contact customers via phone or email to follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment arrangements 
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or disputes, collaborating with internal departments such as sales and accounting 
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including correspondence, payment details, and account adjustments 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to collections and debt recovery


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Excel and willing to learn new systems to assist the department 
  • Good customer Service skills 
  • Ability to work independently and in small groups. 
  • Not a remote job; this is an in-office position 
  • Casual work environment
