Job Description

The Residences Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners, guests, and vendors within The Knox Private Residences, delivering seamless, secure, and highly personalized service. This role supports daily residential operations, anticipates needs, and ensures every interaction reflects the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver personalized, anticipatory service aligned with brand standards
  • Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, guests, and vendors
  • Coordinate move-ins, deliveries, vendor access, and contractor scheduling
  • Monitor contractor activity and maintain accurate access and service logs
  • Coordinate in-residence services such as maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping
  • Manage resident, guest, and vendor access in partnership with Security
  • Oversee package handling, deliveries, and resident notifications
  • Support daily operations of residential areas and the Residences Lounge
  • Assist with resident events and lifestyle programming
  • Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and shift handovers
  • Collaborate with departments including Concierge, Valet, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security
  • Support flexible coverage including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts
Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, high-end residential, private club, or boutique hotel environments preferred
