Receiving Submission Processing Specialist - CGC Cards
Sherwood, OR, On-site, Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
We're looking for a Receiving Submission Processing Specialist to join our CGC Cards division to support the intake and processing of collectible submissions in our Sherwood, OR office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and wants to learn more about the world of Trading, Non-trading and Sports card collecting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A RECEIVING SUBMISSION PROCESSING SPECIALIST:
  • Receive customer submissions and verify shipment contents against submission forms.
  • Accurately enter submission data into CCG's internal database system.
  • Communicate with our internal customer service department to confirm or clarify submission information.
  • Prepare submissions for internal production processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submission handling.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspaces in accordance with company standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
  • Frequently handle incoming orders, including lifting and carrying boxes weighing up to 40 pounds as part of the receiving and processing workflow.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • 1-2 years of consecutive work experience; prior receiving or data entry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Trello, or similar, preferred.
  • Proficiency with Excel and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work occasional overtime based on business needs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role, including sitting for extended periods and lifting items weighing up to 40 pounds.
