Job description

The Practice Coordinator coordinates the development, creation, and management ofย the Intelligence Teamโ€™sย collateral. The role transformsย practiceย insights into clear, compelling written and visual narratives while upholding the highest standards of design excellence. In addition, the Practice Coordinator manages collateral coordination across multiple functions to ensure consistent brand application and aligned messaging firmwide.ย ย 

ย Location: Chicago, Minneapolis, Dallas

Common and Baseline Responsibilitiesย ย 

  • Prepares and coordinatesย brochures, reports,ย presentationsย and event material forย firm-wide, practice-wideย and client-facing audiences.ย ย ย 
  • Works withย firmwideย graphicsย team toย maintainย a standard of graphic design excellence across all efforts, ensuring all materials reflect the firmโ€™s brand guidelines.ย 
  • Schedules and tracksย content development timelines andย approval ofย workflows with multiple stakeholdersย to meet deadlines.ย 
  • Contributes to the overall success of theย teamย by adhering toย collateral management systems and processes across firm functions.ย ย 
  • Participates in cross-disciplinary meetingsย (Practice, Graphics and Communications), helping to alignย intelligence content with broader firmwide and marketing strategies.ย ย

Salary Range Informationย
