Position Overview:
  • The Commercial Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting commercial loan administration and collateral management activities.
  • This role focuses on maintaining accurate collateral records, processing updates within servicing systems, establishing and maintaining ticklers, preparing loan documentation, researching and resolving credit exceptions, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of operational requirements.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong accuracy and service levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support commercial loan administration and collateral management activities.
  • Maintain accurate collateral records.
  • Process updates within loan servicing systems.
  • Establish and maintain ticklers.
  • Prepare and review loan documentation.
  • Research and resolve credit exceptions.
  • Perform data entry and navigate servicing systems.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of operational requirements.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and service levels.
  • Required Technical Skills
  • Experience with loan servicing or loan administration processes.
  • Experience with collateral management preferred.
  • Experience with documentation review and preparation.
  • Experience with tickler management and monitoring.
  • Experience researching and resolving exceptions.
  • Strong data entry and system navigation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.

  • Knowledge of LIQ or similar loan servicing systems preferred.

  • Manager is flexible regarding either shift schedule.
  • Manager is open to veterans.
  • Parking fee is $8.00 per day.
