Responsibilities

The Director of Marketing directs all aspects of business development and recruiting marketing and sales within Powerback.Manages the Powerback Business Development and Recruiting Marketing team. Leads the development and maintenance of graphic communications presented by the Company to our customers including; maintaining Powerback marketing image, collateral development, creative design and collateral request fulfillment. Facilitates the coordination and communication of marketing activities with Powerback's various departments and functions to provide and reinforce a common Powerback voice and message in the market.

1.Manages, coaches, develops and supports the Powerback Business Development and Marketing team.

2.Supports rehab business development activities and partners to establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.

3.Implements all processes and deadlines for the Marketing team. Including both building and presenting marketing tools, collaterals and information to internal and external stakeholders to gain approval of marketing plans.

4.Oversees strategic brand management with a focus on an appropriate image of the company.

5.Develops and directs marketing plans in collaboration with key stakeholders, including clinical and operations teams and both current and potential customers.

6.Develops and maintains a deep understanding of our market(s), customer behaviors, market segments, competitive landscape, competitive positioning, and reputation management.

7.Oversees and maintains all social media channels for the company.

8.Using design software, develops new marketing materials and modifies/updates marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, inserts, etc. to achieve organizational goals and objectives of the company.

9.Manages proofing process of all materials before they are finalized, executed or printed with the field/business.

10.Facilitates and directs marketing and promotional collateral and advertising production and distribution post the creation of these marketing products for the company -- including brochures, postcards, advertisements, booths, inserts, and other required marketing materials.

11.Manages vendor relationships and associated product production to ensure services are delivered according to specification, e.g. time, quality and cost.

12.Leads the development and implementation of external communication programs that support product and marketing position.

13.Designs marketing collateral with website, email, geo-fencing and other digital mediums in mind.

14.Supports website administration as needed.

15.Directs facilitation and coordination of trade show and event participation for Business Development and Recruiting teams.

16.Manages and/or facilitates Powerback Consulting webinars.

  1. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's Degree required with emphasis on Marketing, English, and/or Communication.

2.5-10 years' previous marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, required.

3.Demonstrated experience in marketing communications and creative design.

4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience creating a variety of business communications and presentations.

5.Excellent organization skills combined with good interpersonal skills necessary.

6.Portfolio of design productions demonstrating talent preferred.

USD $74,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Hr.
