• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans including crisis intervention strategies and behavioral support plans.
• Document and maintain accurate client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and timely submission of reports.
• Employ evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with your clinical team to guide treatment decisions.
• Actively participate in the creation and implementation of supportive programs that foster positive behavioral changes.
• Engage in all relevant licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the clinic’s high standards of care.
• Serve as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and other service systems to enhance client care.
• Maintain effective communication channels both within the clinic and with external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with community health initiatives.
• Develop professional relationships with key organizations and agencies to expand service offerings and identify new funding opportunities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through conferences, workshops, and committee involvement, enhancing both personal and professional growth.
• Promote the mission, values, and philosophy of Genesis Health Clinic in all interactions and duties performed.
• Complete other associated responsibilities assigned by the Clinic Director as needed.

The patients you will serve represent a diverse spectrum of backgrounds and conditions, including individuals coping with emotional distress, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients facing developmental challenges. Your role will not only involve providing therapeutic support but also fostering an environment of understanding and empowerment for each individual, thus contributing positively to their personal and communal well-being.

• Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory.
• Possession of an independent LMHC License issued by the state board.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clinical records and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for expressing complex ideas clearly.
• Sound judgment and the ability to make independent, professional decisions based on clinical knowledge and best practices.

Prior experience working in a community health setting or with diverse populations is highly valued. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and previous work in developing treatment plans or behavioral health systems will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 86,000 to USD 103,000, based on experience and qualifications.
