Job description

As a Loan Support Analyst Sr, within PNC's Collateral Asset Management organization, you may be based in Denver, CO; Dallas, TX; Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Kalamazoo, MI; East Brunswick, NJ; or Pittsburgh, PA.
Hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am ET - 4:30 pm ET.
As a Loan Support Analyst Sr, you will be responsible for the review of loan coding related to Commercial Real Estate (CRE) collateral. You will need to QC the collateral and ensure that it is booked to the right General Ledger and Federal Reserve Bank code. You will be given work assigned from your Team Lead to validate and QC coding for. If there is any discrepancy in the coding, you will reach out to Underwriters and/or Relationship Managers for clarification on approval for loan coding and collateral. This is submitted, reviewed, and QC'd in CLASS. You can expect to perform coding validations such as but not limited to approvals, flood certs, appraisals, acceptance memos and loan documents.
You can expect to be busiest during quarter end, which is the last five business days of each quarter. During this time, you and the team will ensure all Commercial Real Estate (CRE) that is reportable is competed and QC'd.
It is preferred to have experience with ACBS, CSX, ACBS Web, Enterprise, and CLASS.

  • Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions. May assist with training/coaching of new hires. May serve as a subject matter resource for the team.
  • Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests. Completes research and provides feedback on workflow and work received.
  • Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
