Job description

The Securities Services Analyst is a part of the Institutional Banking Shared Services group, which provides operational support across multiple business lines. With specific exposure to securities settlement and currency movements, the team develops deep subject-matter expertise in trust and custody operations.

This role is responsible for the daily settlement of ETF creation and redemption baskets, collateral management, tracking and resolving fails, and clearing trade discrepancies. The team works closely with authorized participants (APs), clearing firms, and internal contacts partners to ensure accurate and timely processing and settlement.

The position requires strong knowledge of custody operations and securities settlement. Prior experience working with the DTCC, Fed, and global trade settlement is a plus.
How you'll spend your time:

Process and settle ETF creation and redemption baskets, including both in-kind and cash components.

Coordinate with authorized participants, clearing firms, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely ETF basket settlement.

Manage daily collateral movements related to ETF activity.

Perform daily reconciliation of securities positions, cash balances, collateral accounts, and ETF basket activity to ensure accuracy across systems and counterparties.

Investigate and resolve settlement breaks, fails, and discrepancies in a timely manner.

Compensation Range:

$49,510.00 - $95,170.00
