About the Role

As a Senior Interior Designer in Raleigh, you will lead and support projects from programming and concept design through construction administration and final delivery. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to create thoughtful, high-performing spaces that align with brand, function, and user experience.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented interior designer in Raleigh who thrives managing multiple projects while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects through programming, concept design, documentation, and construction administration
  • Manage multiple mid-size and large commercial interior projects simultaneously

  • Oversee FF&E selection, specifications, and procurement coordination
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (CIDA-accredited preferred)
  • NCIDQ certification required or in progress
  • 8+ years of experience as an interior designer, with project management experience
  • Strong background in commercial interiors
  • Proficiency in Revit and design documentation
  • Experience with FF&E, specifications, and material selection
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
