REPORTS TO: FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

STATUS: SEASONAL (NON-EXEMPT)

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for positive individuals to lead our food & beverage areas to provide quality service as well as consistent products.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer service to take orders for food, snacks, drinks, and treats
  • Operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine
  • Assist with food prep and cooking
  • Keep all food service areas clean and neat
  • Balance cash drawer at end of shift
  • Handle any customer complaints
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are being followed
  • Ability to lead and set example for other Team Members
  • Open/close concession stands and ensure all procedures are followed
  • Monitor quality control and maximize efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned leadership

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to work nights/weekends/holidays
  • Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience with general public preferred
  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds
  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Facility has intermittent noise
