The Private Banking Program & Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving the success of the Private Banking Division (PRD) at First Hawaiian Bank. This position oversees and develops client engagement strategies, focusing on business growth and an exceptional client experience. The manager works closely with the Division Manager and various bank partners to enhance collaboration and understanding of the Private Banking program's value proposition. They lead initiatives to modernize and digitize services, develop employee skills, and facilitate deeper client engagements across the bank's lines of business.

The annual salary range for this role is $83,500-$120,000/year; commensurate with skills and experience
