At Cole Pediatric Therapy, you'll design a schedule that works for you while serving children in an environment built on encouragement, compassion, and empowerment. Every session is an opportunity to help a child find their voice-and to feel fulfilled doing work that matters.
Location: 3809 S. 2nd Unit D-200 Austin, TX 78704 (S. Austin)
Compensation & Scheduling
Hourly rates:
Guaranteed hours NOT pay per visit (PPV). W-2 Position and Pay rates are based on years of experience.
Hourly pay range for a Monolingual Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) position is: $34/hour- $41/hour
Hourly pay range for a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) position is: $35/hour- $44/hour
Contractor Pay Rates:
• $45 per 30-minute therapy session
• $80 per evaluation
Hours & Availability:
• Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience required
• Greatest need: Fridays 8:00am-5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am - 3:00pm
• Opportunity to grow into full-time availability
